A payout of gains from your funded account can be denied for several reasons related to violating the program’s rules. These include:

-If your trading activity is considered Prohibited Trading. This encompasses actions like:
-Exploiting errors or delays in the pricing or platform.
-Using non-public or insider information.
-Front-running trades placed elsewhere.
-Trading in a way that harms the company’s relationship with its brokers or could lead to trade cancellations.
-Trading that causes regulatory issues for the brokers.
-Using third-party, off-the-shelf, or marketed strategies intended to pass challenges.
-Using different trading strategies between the assessment and the funded account, as determined by the company.
-Attempting to arbitrage an assessment account with another account at the company or any other firm.
-Attempting to arbitrage your account with another account at the company or any other firm.
-Engaging in inappropriate risk management practices that resemble gambling. This includes “all-in” trading or using excessive leverage, especially when consistently trading before significant binary events.
-Violating the rules concerning copy trading, such as copying trades between accounts you don’t all own, or using prohibited methods like group trading, signal services, passing services, or automated systems to facilitate unauthorized copying.
-Breaching the rules against reverse trading or group hedging across multiple accounts or coordinating opposing positions at different prop firms.
-Connecting to your trading account from more than 3 IP addresses, which may be interpreted as outsourcing your trading activities or involving a third party without authorization.
-If you experience a hard breach of the trading rules in your funded account. Typically, hard breaches involve exceeding the Daily Loss Limit or the Maximum Drawdown. A hard breach will lead to the closure of your funded account, preventing further payouts.
-Even if you passed the initial assessment, if your trading activity during that phase was determined to be Prohibited Trading, you might not receive a funded account at all, thus preventing any future payouts.
-The company retains the right to disallow or block any trader from participating in the program for any reason, at their sole discretion, which could include denying payouts as part of terminating participation.

Violation of any of these prohibited activities may result in the suspension or termination of your account, as well as legal action.
