Refund Eligibility
In alignment with our trading rules, refunds are only applicable under the following circumstance:
- Refunds on Initial Payments: Customers who have successfully reached their 4th withdrawal request are eligible to request a refund of their initial payment. This applies exclusively to fees related to our 1-Stage Evaluation Accounts and 2-Stage Evaluation Accounts.
Please note that this refund will only be processed after your 4th withdrawal request and must meet all the eligibility requirements based on our trading rules.
Non-Refundable Sales
Outside of the above condition, all sales are final. This means that once you have purchased any product or service from Optisphere LTD, you are not entitled to a refund unless explicitly stated in this refund policy.
This stance is in compliance with UK law. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, businesses offering bespoke or tailored services, such as educational and simulated trading platforms, are not obligated to offer refunds unless they fail to meet the terms of service provided. As such, refunds will not be issued for any other circumstances outside of the specified criteria.
